Like earlier articles, this one also stresses that a bishop is not just bishop of a handful of Catholics. He's a shepherd for everyone in his diocese, especially the poor and maginalized, such as migrants, prisoners and refugees

Jesus, please help all bishops to get out of the office a bit more
and to have the chance for more contact with the poor
