This article says the Church should be present at international gatherings and organizations to lobby for cooperation and progress in the human family.

How present?
- by an official presence
- by the presence of individual Christians who belong to various organizations

Official presence ....e.g. the Vatican having a seat at the United Nations etc:

- some people say it has advantages (be where the decisions are made);
- other people say the Vatican should stop being a political entity
(with all the trappings thereby required) and get back to being a spiritual organization. 

Jesus, please help your Church
