Article one marvels at the modern means of communication which can reach "so many people"

Since 1963 when this decree was written, the internet has come into being ... and "so many people" now means tens, if not hundreds, of millions of people at the same time

We can ask: have the internet/radio/TV/cinema etc been a help to evangelization?  Can they be a bigger help?
