This article encouraged bishops to send some priests to mission areas

In Australia, out of some 40 dioceses, two or three (?) dioceses responded to the above call

c.f.  If the principal of a school is keen on sport or music or art,
the whole school will likewise be keen

If a bishop has a missionary spirit,
his whole diocese will have a missionary spirit

Dear Jesus, please give all bishops a missionary spirit
