A hot topic today is human rights.
Today's world is keenly aware of the dignity and freedom
of each person, a dignity and freedom that must be respected
by governments. This dignity includes freedom of religion

God is the Creator of the universe,
the Creator of the human family.
All people have a right and a duty to know God

Yet sadly in many parts of the world
there is no freedom of religion

Father, may everyone have the freedom to know you
and Jesus whom you sent
