Some people say the changes went too far

Some congregations have gone back to past practices

Recently I met two sisters (senior sisters, not novices) from a congregation which shall rename anonymous.
They asked me to pass on an important pastoral (not personal message) to someone.
I said they could use my phone and immediately speak to the person concerned.
They replied "O no, Father. We have to get permission to use the phone"

Do we really want to go back to that sort of thing?

Jesus, please help Religious congregations "get it right"
